Everything was amazing if you like animals and nature in countryside. The host was very friendly and room was really cozy. Animals were very friendly and welcoming. In the room, you get small bottle of milk and water in a small fridge was very nice to me🥰

Room was mostly clean asides from the wall mounted clothes horse, but didn't use Staff very friendly and helpful overall positive experience at Sleeperz Newcastle branch will consider other Sleeperz locations from this visit and also this same hotel in future Newcastle Visits.
The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The hens were brilliant. Our three year old absolutely loved living on a farm.

Mainly the bed very comfortable next the shower 🚿 it was OK but too many knobs plenty of teas and coffees in the downstairs kitchen and the reception lady was very welcoming. Old and rustic house in a lovely way.
Tranquil location with pleasant walks nearby. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable furniture. Our baby slept very well in the provided travel cot, and had a great time exploring the accomodation and seeing the animals in the farm.
Out the way on a farm
Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Good size room, although furniture and bathroom were dated. I have stay in the Swindon branch which was much more modern furniture and fantastic modern bathroom which made the stay there more comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights to enable me to run the Great North Run. Comfortable room in wonderful farm house set in pleasant rural location with super friendly and helpful staff (John & Trish). 3 friendly and well behaved dogs made it feel homely along with the horses and donkey. Plenty of parking space and access to the metro which will take you to the centre of Newcastle and also on a pleasant journey along the coast which is well worth exploring. Very enjoyable stay Thanks David from Bristol.
