Beautiful farm house in a quiet rural location with wonderful views. Angela was a superb host who was welcoming and attentive. Our room was very comfortable.
Large attractive room in historic farm house on Duchy of Cornwall. Room looked out on extensive garden and stunning rural views. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Parking on site easy. Quiet location off a rural laneway, but within minutes drive to very nice pubs with good dining. Breakfast was great, in beautiful dining room.
The barn is spacious with plenty of living space and bathrooms for a group of 10 people. The location is rural but easy to find with very clear instructions from the owners and wonderfully peaceful when you get there. Great outside space, huge living room, facilities are great in the kitchen and bathrooms (loads of towels provided!) and even a utility room too. The barn has a lovely, authentic feel and the working farm around it is lovely to see. We all fell in love with Basil the collie who came to say hello through the gates!
Our stay was perfect. The farmhouse is in a beautiful rural location, and ideal for relaxing. Ben was the perfect host, making sure everything was right for us. The room was lovely, with added extras like homemade biscuits, plenty of hot drinking options, and a mini fridge with milk and water. Breakfast was delicious - the eggs benedict were yummy ! We would recommend the b and b to anyone.
Beautiful converted barn with roof beams and stone floors. Idyllic rural farm setting, we enjoyed meeting the horses in the barn next door. Great for the dog as there was a small enclosed garden at the back not shown in the pictures. We were very cosy at night with electric blankets on the beds. Our hosts had left us some home made scones when we arrived which were delicious!
We loved the location and how rural it is, it was so quiet. Also how unique it is to stay in a converted barn. The room smelled really clean, like fresh laundry. Seeing the animals and the farm cat was lovely

The farm house was lovely!!! Breakfast was the best! It was really nice staying in a farmhouse and being around the animals. Cornwell was a great birthday/getaway place to go to, we enjoyed the attractions and the beauty of cornwall.
