Love the cosy n pretty breakfast dining room that u could see a tradition fireplace in it. According to the bnb owner, the house is pass down fr many generations ago, about 500 yrs old! 👍

The hospitality of the family was amazing. They offered us to try products they produce themselves and a visit of the farm. I loved specially the milk and the yogurt. They organized a delighful grill with all the guests. The beds were comfortable and we did not miss anything in the apartment.

Cross-country skiing trails start 100 metres away and hiking and cycling tracks start on spot, which provide a perfect starting point for hiking tours. The nearest restaurants are within 2 km of the farm stay and a supermarket can be found in the village centre. Lake Mondsee can be reached within 7 minutes by car. Nice spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, everything clean, nice balcony, anti mosquito nets installed in all windows. Wonderful place for children with a big playground and a lot of toys. 5 mins on foot to the lake. Small house by the lake with toilet and almost private entrance to the lake, possibility to borrow a boat from the hosts and other beach equipment. The best part about our stay were the hosts who were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, they also showed us their farm and entertained our daughter by their animals.

The centre of Steinbach is 2 km away, and the Hochlecken Ski Area is a 15-minute drive from this farm stay. Free WiFi is available. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The location was perfect and has a wonderful view. It is perfect to enjoy the nature.

The spacious apartments at Ferienhof Edtmeier feature a living room with satellite TV, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. Some have a balcony. We spent amazing 4 nights there. The apartment was super comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, good bed, couch. Wifi was working perfectly fine in the apartment. The view from our windows was nice. There was some construction work going on one morning, but it didn't bother us that much. It was super nice to sleep there because of the silence and darkness. We rented mountain bicycles for 3 days and were cycling and exploring Irrsee and Mondsee areas.
