If you’re looking for an absolutely beautiful and clean casino (away from the crowds of the strip) with a great night life, Green valley ranch is the place to be. Absolutely wonderful staff and amenities. Not to mention the beautiful and spacious pool. If you’re looking for a place to get away for a weekend or two go to Green Valley Ranch.

I like the Venezia tower with the garden pool, much nicer experience. The larger rooms are always great! Was also really happy there was great security in / out of the tower and it was enforced, that was a big plus. always love having access to the Canyon Ranch spa

Very nice room. More like a suite. The bedroom was separate and the bathroom was very pleasant and roomy. Did not like the barn door on the bathroom. If you weren't paying attention you could close the door and break you finger at the same time. Plenty of plugs that worked!

no one at the check in desk for an hour. could not get past the locked door because of that. called the number to get help and the very rude CSR hung up because “I’m in Florida and there’s nothing I can do. I can’t call the property manger, you have to go to the front desk to check in”. then when someone finally showed up to help! no rooms available (we had our confirmation and everything) we were sent away with a “sorry to bad. there’s nothing we can do”. I will never book with this franchise again.

Check in Clerk was very friendly and make a great suggestion for dinner which was 2 min walking distance. The decor was surprisingly good... Love the Rustic Look.

location of hotel was okay did not use pool. found the farm house restaurant was very good. everything on the menu could feed 2 people. second time there, split 2 meals among 4 people. hours vary. sometime closes at 3 pm. monorail very useful for traveling between hotels.

The area is ideal. Lots of shops, food places nearby. The bed was nice and comfortable and so were the pillows. This is a franchised location, but the guy in the front was very nice. The breakfast area is small, but they provided a waffle iron, cereal, coffee and pastries.
