The location has a stunning view over the country side, which can be enjoyed from the big shared terrasse. Rooms are are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really nice! Check in was easy and staff was very supportive.
The location is close to Sintra city, you can walk or drive by care/über if you do not want to go uphill after dinner 😉. Restaurant recommendations were very good.

The location was very good if you use a car (that was our case) - so we stayed for 10 days and had easy access to Lisbon, Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais, any popular places in the area, as well as Alcabaca, Tomar, Fatima and Batahla (one hour`s - 1h30min drive using the motorway). The place is comfortable, the yard is spacious, you have a patio with ample space to sit, the car was parked in the yard so getting the shopping home was very easy. The house is 250 years old and was beautifully restored - it`s impressive. The furniture inside is modern and nicely chosen; you have all the amenities you need. The hostess was very friendly and helpful - thank you Cipriana:-) To us the place was fantastic because after spending all day in Sintra or Lisbon, which are both charming but unbelievably crowded at the same time, it was possible to get to this spacious and quiet retreat to relax after an intensive day.

Perfect location peaceful and quiet but close enough to the centre. The walk to town through rural area is short and only 10-15 minutes.
For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Location and building itself are great, close to public transport and restaurants and shops. Nevertheless, slept well because the near environment is quiet. Our (private) room on the first floor was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, we also had a nice little balcony with a view of the water -although this view was partly blocked by the branches of a giant tree. There’s a big garden and a rooftop terrace, we didn’t used those but they looked fine. We got fresh towels every day. Staff at reception was helpful and kind.
This is a gorgeous old building, but the room felt modern and well appointed. It's close to a lot of restaurants, and we found it easy to get around on foot, or with Bolt if the destination was a bit further as the weather was very hot. The included breakfast is out of this world. So many homemade items and fresh items from their farm. The true gem is the reception staff, especially Walid. He took so much time with us on multiple occassions to answer our questions and provide suggestions.
Beautiful location, so peaceful, house is clean & comfortable. Farm dogs are very friendly & came to visit us! Bucelas is lovely, definitely worth a visit to the bakery. Nice bottle of wine as arrival present
Clean room, 10 minutes walk to subway, was allowed to use pool on other branch because pool was under reconstruction. Quality and quantity of breakfast were adequate.
Ideal para estancia en Lisboa. Localización perfecta, a 5 Mns camiñando do centro histórico, parada de metro diante do hotel. Terraza con vistas sobre a cidade e piscina. Edificio histórico. Non tes necesidade de ter vehículo , todo está preto do hotel. Habitación grande e todo moi limpo.

The overall decoration reminded us of Soho Farmhouse. My wife is an interior designer and thought the design and practical layout was excellent. It is not easy to design a small room and make it stylish and practical.
