Loved the views!! It was a bit further out out than I expected but definitely worth it.

We loved this working farm. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Our host, Generoso, was just wonderful. He is so helpful and generous. One morning, he made us crepes with local free range eggs and flour from his own farm. We booked for three nights and decided to stay two more nights.

    Lovely stay. The view is outrageous and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed every minute of it staying at the farm. My bf had fun with the cows, horses, donkeys and sheeps.

    Rustico La Rosa is a very clean and cosy studio sized place. It is located in great spot, only a few minutes of walk from the train station. Most of what Tivoli has to offer are within the walking distance. Host is very welcoming and helpful. I do recommend.

    The accommodation and location were amazing. Right in the heart of Tivoli and easy walking distance to everything. The accommodation itself was updated, and had beautiful rustic charm. We were a family of four and found it very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat. We had a small issue with the air conditioning which the host was able to address right away. The Hosts themselves were very approachable, and were a huge help in recommending good restaurants and places tog with sights to see. A beautiful Town.

    Excellent playground and animal farm if you are there with kids. Plenty of things to keep them occupied. Overall facilities are great including rooms as well as location of the property. 15min from Tivoli it sits on top of the hill with great views.
