Really lovely location - not too far from Iseo but in the hills with gorgeous views of the lake and nearby nature reserve. The rooms are clean and comfortable - nothing fancy but a good size and each with their own balcony. The hotel has a lovely on-site restaurant which we ate in twice during our stay serving a variety of local dishes including their own wine! If you’re lucky with the weather you can sit outside and enjoy the sunset and the gorgeous views. The breakfast was simple but generous. The staff are absolutely lovely.

Beautiful old villa perfectly located near Lake Iseo and Franciacorta wineries. Giuliano is an amazing host. Sweet, helpful, and made it easy for our late arrival and to store our baggage ahead of a departure later after checkout. Also an amazing breakfast. Outstanding place to stay.
