For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Fabrizio the host was fab picking us up from airport and returning us for flight next day. He also drove us to a fab local saloon style restaurant and collected us after dinner. Breakfast great. Lovely converted farm house. Pool avail but we didnt have time!! Clean.
What an unexpected surprise. The hotel was an incredible escape from a long layover at the Rome Airport. I was able to enjoy the wellness farm and have an incredible meal all within a 10 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend.
Beautiful spa with attendance by many guests who you don't mind seeing! Beautiful buildings and surroundings and extensive options for the wellness farm. Excellent breakfast. We had a great time - it's meant as a romantic place to relax. Overall, expectations were high due to the price tag and it mostly delivered.
The hotel is close to the airport but very different from your usual airport hotel - it’s an old beautiful farm (villa) that’s been converted to a “wellness spa.” There are steam baths, showers, outdoor jacuzzis and pools. Very elegant, yet a ten minute shuttle ride from the airport.
The house is very well located: a supermarket, bank branch, port and beach are nearby.
There are no problems with parking.
It is clean and comfortable, like in your own home.
We were with a small child, so it was difficult to prevent him from climbing on the shelf under the TV (which looked shaky). But it was all right in the end.
The folding sofa looks not very comfortable.
The accommodation is suitable both for a one-day and long-term trip.
Location - but this is literally the only plus point. I believe its a franchise of Hilton and not a Hilton because I have not seen anything similar in my life from Hilton.
The hosts Franchesco and Maria are excellent hosts they have everything in their apartment the pictures don’t do justice to the apartment it’s much bigger in size and comfortable to be in itself it’s only one stop away from the fumiciano intl airport but since we were going to board a transatlantic cruise to Miami from Civitevechhia we were carrying more baggage than usual so we booked a cab from the airport to the apartment cost about 30 euros.
the room was modern but rustic which was lovely. very spacious and close to restaurants. great communication with Sara regarding room details and amenities.
