Some units include a terrace and/or a patio with garden or inner courtyard views. At the farm stay, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

The property is gorgeous, and well taken care of, the service is impeccable. Thanks to Livia, Ricky and Alicia for all of their help and attention to my husband and I every step of the way!!! If you are looking for some real relaxation at a beautiful and modern hotel, with touches of an island feel right in Italy, then this is most definitely it! We will be back.

    The hotel is close to the airport but very different from your usual airport hotel - it’s an old beautiful farm (villa) that’s been converted to a “wellness spa.” There are steam baths, showers, outdoor jacuzzis and pools. Very elegant, yet a ten minute shuttle ride from the airport.

    The house is very well located: a supermarket, bank branch, port and beach are nearby. There are no problems with parking. It is clean and comfortable, like in your own home. We were with a small child, so it was difficult to prevent him from climbing on the shelf under the TV (which looked shaky). But it was all right in the end. The folding sofa looks not very comfortable. The accommodation is suitable both for a one-day and long-term trip.

    Location - but this is literally the only plus point. I believe its a franchise of Hilton and not a Hilton because I have not seen anything similar in my life from Hilton.

    The hosts Franchesco and Maria are excellent hosts they have everything in their apartment the pictures don’t do justice to the apartment it’s much bigger in size and comfortable to be in itself it’s only one stop away from the fumiciano intl airport but since we were going to board a transatlantic cruise to Miami from Civitevechhia we were carrying more baggage than usual so we booked a cab from the airport to the apartment cost about 30 euros.

    The hotel and staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, nicely decorated in a rustic style and had eveything you could need. It was very convenient for the airport and close to the beach.

    The hotel was hidden away above the street with a very hip blend of modern comforts while accentuating some of the rustic charm of the building. The cleaning person who let us in for an early check in was incredibly sweet and helpful. The breakfast was served in a lovely enclosed porch and had a nice selection. The AC in the room was a real treat as we were there during a heat wave.
