The location is easily reachable and right in the middle of Fort Kochi with access to famous nearby attractions on foot. The property has a rustic ambience and is comfortable enough, has a low-key cafe/bar next to it with interior similar to old dutch/french bars. The staff is very polite and helpful and will be there to cater to your needs readily.
The pickup service from the airport and the check-in process was smooth.
What made my stay pleasant was the exceptional service. The staff were very helpful with my airport transfer requests and other queries. For my next flight, the service staff even accompanied me to the airport to send me off.
The pool area on the roof deck was awesome, offering a superb view of the nearby farm.
I will be coming back here for layover during my return trip.
The staff was extremely atencious and ready to help, even when I needed to find a farmacy when felt sick. This made all difference and I could have a nice stay at Fort Kochi
The center was in a quiet location in a rural area, with nature spots for a short hike from the center.
The design of the center was beautiful and the room was really comfortable. The eating schedule and options was nice and affordable.
We arrived to Kochi airport late on the 31st of December, the center arranged a pick-up at the airport for us. We arrived there right at midnight. We are very thankful for this extra effort and starting the new year in such a beautiful environment.
The treatments were also nice and enjoyable.
Lovey room, nice pool, tranquil and staff that go the extra mile. It’s close to the airport (15 mins) by cab. The location is, however, proper rural, so no places to saunter to at night.
The hotel was very clean, great shower and we were able to watch some cricket! The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options and very tasty! The property is a short way from the airport… but plane noise is minimal. Very handy. Nice rural setting out the back including a cow or 2!
