Fantastic venue. We camped in a rustic safari tent, surrounded by nature. Campsite was quiet and in a good location to see the surrounding area without being disturbed. The mud house cafe was super cute and food was good. They lit us a bonfire which was nice for my son and all staff were helpful and courteous.
I have been to Bir quite a few times and can assure Bir Valley Retreat is one of the best places to stay. It’s set up in a beautiful space amidst the farms and gives you a clear vision of both sunrise and sunset right from your room.. what makes it more special is the Hotel Manager Pawan, who goes extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable.. free advice - follow Mr. Pawan’s recommendation to explore Bir and you wouldn’t go wrong!
The property is placed perfectly near the landing site and all the good cafés are nearby only. The setting of the property between farms give it a rustic vibe
The staff were amazing. The other guests were friendly and welcoming. The food was great. The setting is idyllic, between well tended farmer's fields and a ring of green mountains. Very great value and an incredible atmosphere whether you're coming from abroad or from urban India.
The hosts made it their mission to ensure I experience all aspects of Bir, be it watching the sunsets, cafe hopping or soaring in the sky with one of the best glider pilots. The property itself has a very rustic and positive vibe with clean and well-designed rooms. Community space is a nice addon to mingle with other fellow travellers. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.
Loved every bit of the house. It's spacious, beautiful, cozy and surrounded by farms and flowers. And we were extremely content with the hospitality from Nikita, helped us out with everything that we needed, she's an amazing host!

The location of the hostel is so perfect .... There is a farmland right behind the property which is so beautiful to walk around early in the morning.... And the entire place around the hostel is beautifully scenic.... Raman Bhai is so good at hosting his guest .... I had planned to stay for 3 days but ended up staying for 10 days .... Thats how amazing it is to stay at lost hostel BIR
