For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
John met us at the gate to ensure we found the place (it was 11pm, he went over and above!!). He was hospitable, helpful and very friendly. The view is just lovely. The farmyard animals and the wander around the farm was great. I loved the goats! The stay was definitely value for money.
Gorgeous suite! I booked the suite as it was my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Spacious room and toilet, everything was clean and rustic vibes. It felt like we’re staying in a castle. Free parking at premise was useful for those who drive albeit limited slots. Walkable distance to Tesco and other marts as well as restaurants. Not in the most central location but worked well for us nevertheless. TV with Netflix was a bonus. A nice common room with complimentary coffee and tea as well.
Amazing hosts with superb hospitality,, great views and only minutes from the city, rustic and quirky , super comfortable, and fresh hens eggs in the morning if you like as it’s also a farm, Thanks to John and his family from Mark & Tracey 🙏
Everything. The ambience in the bar, the bathroom, the bed was really comfortable and the hustle and bustle of the location. Some people might be troubled by the noise of the city late at night but we embraced it as part of the experience of a city break. If we had wanted silence we would have booked somewhere rural!
The style of it, rustic and boho. Lots of plants and pampas grass. I loved how sustainable it is. The guy Adam who checked us in was fantastic and friendly. He allowed us an early check in which was appreciated. All other staff at hotel were friendly and professional. The location was also perfect for sight seeing around Dublin. The room was small and cosey but extremely comfortable.
City centre location
Looked forward to showing my teenager day where her great (rurally based) Grandparents stayed when they were in the Capital City for Christmas 🎄
Having my daughter enjoy Arnotts in the for 🎄shopping whilst I attended an important family law cpd work related conference at The Marker Hotel
The bed was comfortable, location was great and I really appreciated the chance to store my luggage for the day with no extra charge. Staff was more than friendly, and really helpful. Irish people are the best! The rooms were perfectly soundproof, which I appreciate. Great location - coffee shops, a farmacy and a Tesco just 3 minutes by foot away from the B&B, a bus stop to Dublin City centre across the road, and a bus stop to Dublin Airport and Balbriggan just by the pub's entrance.
I liked everything about my stay. Great value for money, perfect location. It was within scenic walking reach of everything. I loved the rustic functional look of the apartment and would book this studio again when next in lovely Dublin. I don't give 10's to always allow for growth and progress, so this is as good as i would give.
Thank you for a lovely stay in Dublin
