For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Quiet, relaxed place with great views and a lovely pool. Upstairs King suite, ocean view, is highly recommended. Great price for a great room. It’s got a lovely rustic feeling. Aas Beach hosts a number of fishing vessels - you can see them leave at 5.30am and it’s spectacular seeing them all return at 8am. Huge plus is the friendly staff; the manager Made is very helpful in arranging things like scooters or drivers for you & will negotiate a fair price.
The view was incredible, I had an upstairs room and spent hours just watching the light on the landscape change whilst the farmers worked the land.
The host and the family were great, they made me feel like the only guest.
The room was very spacious.
The room was clean.
Large water dispenser in the room.
Really responsive host who also helped me with transport from the airport and on to my next destination.
Really quiet area, don’t come here for nightlife but do come here for peace and quiet ( other than the scooters )
the modest, rustic look and the bamboo hut still felt modern and comfortable. the location was right on the beach although there is umbrellas and you cant sit on the beach because it is filled with boats and there are not beach chairs.
We stay 3 nights and it was amazing the personal was really kind and always helpful.
The pool was really nice too, I love the guesthouse because it was rustic but beautiful, super recommended, you have nice place to spend the day near the guesthouse, really good location
Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Super friendly and kind staff. Comfortable bed, good WiFi and clean. Breakfast was great, with good choices. Pet friendly too. Great location with wonderful gardens and pool. A really true Balinese rustic hotel.
A highly recommended place, loved it!!!! Would book again.
It brings good karma to stay at one of the oldest hotels in the entire area. They do their very best to make you feel comfortable with their rustic old-style bamboo bungalows.
Lovely owners, both speak good English. Great view of the volcano, nice room with desk for working and pleasant veranda. Only three rooms so not busy and more personal attention. Owner Ketut is also a driver so can take you where you want to go or pick you up from airport providing enough notice. Optional breakfast for 600K. Couple of great eating places 100m down the road offering great Indonesian and vegetarian meals. Overall lovely rural feel away from the business and beach which is about 500m away.
The host, staff, rooftop restaurant, breakfast, taxi service, the prices, the location surrounded by farms, mountains and beach.
