Highfields Farm B&B is set in 10 acres with wonderful views over the Staffordshire countryside. It has individually designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Free fast Wi-Fi and free off road parking.

Jennifer & Phil were very friendly, with suggestions on places to visit and eat. We dealt mostly with Phil up until the last morning, when Jennifer talked with us for quite a while about places to visit. The room and facility was very clean, the bathroom was large and spotless with great water pressure. The breakfast was delicious, especially the toast, although more on breakfast in the other section. Overall very positive, with a few minor quibbles.

The full English breakfast was excellent. I don't know how they served it up so quickly! It seemed to be on the table, perfectly cooked and hot, within two minutes of ordering it! And it was very tasty and done to my liking as requested. The location is perfect, hidden away alongside the Scotch Brook, (it is an old water mill after all), just outside the lovely little town of Stone in Central Rural Staffordshire. It is just 2 minutes' walk into the centre of town but the Mill Hotel feels very rural, being situated in a green valley.

Clean, quiet, reasonably spacious, and conveniently located for Stone town centre. The Mill restaurant building itself is full of character, covered in ivy, and aesthetically pleasing, as is the semi-rural backdrop. Excellent cooked breakfast - very good value at £68 B&B.

Myself and my little boy stayed here after a day out at CBeebies land. We had a cute little room which had everything we needed for a cosy night. The sunset on the farm was a magnificent view. Waking up on the farm watching the sunrise through our bedroom window, going out to meet the horses followed by a full English of fresh quality ingredients cooked to perfection is just what we needed after a hectic day out. Many thanks for having us.
