For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Friendly helpful host, spacious and comfortable room with shower and large bath, good food, lovely rural location. Building is a nicely renovated 300 years old. Excellent value.
Breakfast was not included but was very good.
We had dinner one night and again the food was excellent.
The location is very rural and peaceful.
All staff were very friendly.
Nice rural location, good road links to tourist attractions. Nice sized room, extremely clean & good sized bathroom. Wifi. Was separated enough from the bar & restaurant for it not to disturb us. Restaurant food was absolutely amazing. The couple who run the place are really friendly & brilliant with food allergies, even have gluten free beer.
Couldn’t fault the place or the staff. Just really welcoming environment.
lovely farmhouse, beautiful location, great for children and people who like animals (pigs, chickens, horses nearby, friendly dog). the cottage was nicely equipped. friendly and knowledgeable host.
Total escape from modern life, beautiful farm, some nice little touches in the room, enjoyed the games barn, very friendly staff and friendly little doggies on the farm, fantastic value for money!
The Glandwr Barn was in a lovely location. Rural, tranquil and very beautiful. The owners Shion and Bear, were very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The Barn was a lot bigger than we expecting, very comfortable and homely.
The accomodation was a beautiful farm house, tastefully decorated. Very homely, clean and comfortable. The hosts were charming and friendly.
