Looking for a farm stay?

For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!

Antony and Daisy were excellent. They always had a smile and were very helpful. The location was good, right between Metro Lines 4 and 6 and a short walk to Gare du Montparnasse There was a farmers market nearby on Saturday. Lots of restaurants around and the area was very clean..

The location of the hotel was so central to everything and super convenient. The hotel was cosy with a rustic feel, clean, and the staff helpful and great.

a beautiful suite in the scenic area of Montmartre. It is very tranquil, very comfortable and commodius and has all equipment you would need, even books and city maps. An absolute highlight is the wonderful little garden with rose bushes and vine branches and a small swimming pool.

The apartment is in a residential neighborhood which felt very safe and friendly on a top floor with a great view. There is a farmers market that you can shop at as well as several neighborhood places. The apartment had coffee and tea available. The neighborhood had lots of restuarants and it was VERY easy to get an Uber, 1-5 minute wait. Everything was about a 10-15 minute drive and 12-18 Euros to get to. There is a bus and subway available we just Ubered for convenience. Host checked to make sure we arrived and if we needed anything.

I loved that it was so well located. The Sacre Coeur Basillica and Moulin Rouge is quite literally in walking distance. There are 2 stations in 2 min walk and about 3 in a 10 min walk that get you to anywhere in the city that you need to be. There are lots of shops and cafes close by, a lovely Indian restaurant next door and a mini supermarket across the road perpendicular to the hotel. Monoprix is about a 12 minute walk toward the moulin rouge. Papiles is a pretty rustic coffee shop close by.

For the price, this was an excellent deal as it is close to the Les Halles transport hub and the Pont Neuf, the Louvre, the Pompidou. The immediate area offers affordable cafes, an excellent boulangerie, and a branch of MonoPrix with a canteen offering affordable food. Best thing though was the really lovely friendly hotel staff. It is not a luxury hotel - but we were there to see Paris not stay inside our room.
