Very good location in the heart of rustic old town. The apartment was cozy and spacious, and the instructions on how to collect the key were very clear. Well equipped kitchen. Happy surprise was that the apartment was ready 3 hours prior to check-in.
The apartment is very convenient for the short stay ,I walked almost everywhere from it -it is 30mins walk from the city centre and 50mins to Villefranche -ofc it is possible to take public transport

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable. The room was very spacious with a big bed, a sofa-bed for our daughter and still plenty space for luggage.
The employees were amazing and very helpful.
The policy of free water refill and coffee machine available at any time was very helpful during the stay as the city "demands" a lot of walking.
Proximity to Nice-Ville train station is a big plus for everyone who plans to travel to near by cities like Cannes, Villefranche or Principality of Monaco.
We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk from the port and right by some lovely restaurants. Breakfast was great too.
The room was clean and had everything you need - no frills but a great base for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. We got the train to Villefranche-sur-Mer and Monaco one day and both were very easy to get to and cheap train tickets.

Beautiful and bright apartment, lots of light, fully equipped kitchen, A/C. There is a farmers market in 2 mins from the apartment almost every day, restaurants, shops, tram station.
Location, location, location. It's at the center of old city with easy access to restaurants, churches, beaches, and farmers market for fresh fruits, bakery, and flowers
Love the rustic decoration of the room. We enjoyed a quiet stay with a nice alfresco dining at the restaurant
