The location was fantastic, lovely views of the royal palace and gardens, and very quiet at night. The building is typical Spanish character with a lovely rustic feel to the spacious room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely experience!
Smaller, intimate hotel, has everything you need, good breakfast, very clean, view of the Paseo de las Delicias or of the garden (you are asked which one you prefer), nice terrace at the 7th floor, very close to the metro station Delicias, just few meters away, and shops, including a supermarket, farmacy etc, also very close to Museo del Ferrocarril. Above all, great staff, like a family, always keen to help and take care in everything, even to lend you an umbrella when it rains.
Location was great, close to metro and bus lanes directly to center, all needed like groceries, cafes,stores, farmacy etc nearby.
Comms with accomodation was also great through whatsapp very quick responses always.
New and clean facilities. Kitchen well equiped to prepare essential meals. Also in bathroom all amenities available, like shampoo hairdryer etc.
Location of hotel is super. Very nicely decorated and well appointed, and we appreciated the large bottle of water. The staff was very helpful about finding money exchange, and farmacia, and we appreciated being able to do a late check out and have the front store our baggage after check out.
A good and quality hotel, which although is not located in the center of Madrid, located a one-minute walk from a central metro station from which you can easily reach all the main places of Madrid.
The hotel staff was pleasant and kind, the room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
In addition, right next to the hotel there is a huge branch of the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient
Very rustic house, real cultural trip inside the house itself. Really like how the house is well equipped, and so close to everything you need to enjoy Madrid. Literally a few meters away from an excellent bakery, loads of restaurants and cocktails bars. Been in Madrid a few dozen of times, this is the place where I really enjoyed Madrid
The apartment is nice, clean and prepared with all the things you might need. The mattress is really comfortable and we had 2 types of pillows.
It has a supermarket and a farmacy on 30sec walk. The metro station is 3 minutes away.
Pedro is a really nice guy. He prepared a lot of guidance for us and he was available to help us in case we needed it.
I can’t recommend this apartment enough. We will book it again when we will come back to Madrid.
Elegant hotel that serves the hotel but avoid the hotel franchise feel. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The rates are affordable. The breakfast buffet is nice.
Great location - we came to see a match in the Barnabeu, which is a short walking distance away. A bitt off center but we took the Metro
