We loved everything and our kids too. Remote enough to feel away from civilization and close enough to all the necessary things and places to visit (Cradle Mountain Park, wildlife sanctuaries…). The orchards, the farm animals, the wonderful welcome from Graham and Kathleen. We just regret not spending more time on the farm.
Exceptional amenities and cozy interiors. Appreciate the organic toiletries and generously sized towels. The complimentary breakfast and juice are of excellent quality, with ample eggs for a delightful family breakfast. Would gladly extend our stay—110% recommend to anyone seeking a farm stay and a relaxing retreat.
The farmhouse was way more spacious and comfortable than we expected, equipped with all the cooking facilities we needed and more. Fresh produce such as eggs, milk and jam were ready for us to prepare our breakfasts, and Graham was very kind to warm up the place for us before we arrived. Learning how to use the fireplace and feeding the farm animals were some of the highlights of our stay, only topped by the hospitality of Graham and Kathleen. Would definitely come back again!
Quiet farmstay, friendly and welcoming hosts, fantastic location.
We recommend the nearby arboretum for platypus spotting and a lovely wander. The Trowunna wildlife park is also fantastic, and very close by
Beautiful rural/farm environment. great accomodation and friendly owner. Close to Deloraine but a nice distance out.
