Owner - very friendly and helpful, they have very beautiful farm.
Apartment - very cosy and very good size, with everything we needed (TV, kitchen, private bathroom, balcony, sofa)
Good location - on foot (grocery shop 1km, bus stop 1,3km), by car (Billa shop and DM markt 10min, Swarzensee 2min, Wolfgangsee 5min), lots of cycling route (Rund um den Schafberg, Bad Ischl - 45min, Sant Gilgen 45min)
We were really satisfied. We would stay there again.

Very cozy accomodation at farm with many animals in wonderful nature. Altogether with playgroung and vehicles for children outside, board games for the whole family guarantee perfect place for vacation. The owners are very nice and helpful. Room and kitchen as well were well equiped, so we didn't miss anything necessary.

We had a family holiday with infant. We asked for child bed and owner provided as well a child chair even we didn’t asked. For somebody it looks like normal, but ask for me it is just an example of approach of owner. They were very nice and helpful. They do really care of their guests. 🙂
I do really recommend apartments at the ground floor because you can use perfect terrace.
I interior of our apartment was completely new and at very high standard.

Great location at the farm. Clean, maintained and children friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed short walks with my son around, exploring the garden, farm etc.

Beautiful view, calm environment, ideal for families with kids. The apartment had everything we needed. Annemarie is a great host who deeply cares about the Biohof. We would love to come back!
