Everything was great while staying at Katharina's place! The appartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very nice balcony and a view. Every morning we had nice organic breakfast (fresh eggs, cow's milk and bread) that we were preparing on our own in the well equiped and fully functional kithcen of the room. The place is in a great location, surrounded by trees and the snow we had during our stay made it even more marvellous. Its location is also ideal for daily trips and explorations in the Salzburg lakes and the city of Salzburg itself. Despite the heavy snow, the place was accesible with the car, every hour of the day. Last but not least, it was a great pleasure meeting Katharina and her family during our stay. Lovely people that made our staying unique as they took real good care of us and were always warm and welcome when we saw them. Such a great family!

Woderful location at the very end of the Fuschl village surrounded by medows and forests only. There is absolute silience and darkness in the night and quiteness and privacy during the day. Yet it takes only 10 minutes walking to get to the Fuschl center with restaurants and lake beach. The flat is spacious, newly equipped with everything functional and absolutely clean. Mrs. Sabine is perfect host. She gave us valuable tips for our stay.

We took a week at the Roither family's residence. We enjoyed our stay, and got what we expected. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were fine and enoguh. We had nice hiking in the surrounding area, and also had good bike rides as well. We got garage for the bikes and the bike carrier as well. We enjoyed this side of Fuschlsee and the beach. Salzkammergut is still beautiful. We wish all the best for Alois and the family.
Located 400 metres from Lake Fuschl, Bauernhof Unterhöfner features a private beach with free deckchairs and parasols. Pedal and rowing boats can be rented, and fishing is possible at a surcharge.

I was just incredible stay, super clean apartment, beautiful view on lake, private beach about 200m from home, very nice hosts, perfect location. We could also charge our car just in front of the house. Mrs. Hofner is also certified consultant of TEM (European Traditional Medicine) and you can also buy eggs, honey or fruit, herbal tee etc form their farm. In Fuschl am See you can also buy hand made bread in old water mill but just on Tuesday and need to be ordered. We are very grateful for stay and inspiration. Thank you

Friendly staff, room had a view on the mountains. The breakfast was wonderful and the whole hotel had a cosy feel surrounded by milk farms. Great stay. There is a bus station nearby to take you to Salzbourg without taking the car. The lady at the reception was very helpful !
It was a perfect stay. If you're looking for a rustic experience, this is the place. Very cute, cozy hotel and I enjoyed the room's furniture quite much. Rooms were comfortable and renovated yet very cute and old-style. The hotel is located in extremely quiet place, surrounded by nature and horse farms. You can have long walks, also Salzburg zoo is very near. Breakfast is very delicious.
