A full hot breakfast is included and there is a fire pit with rocking chairs that overlooks Little Pigeon River. Traveled with my spouse and two grandkids. The room was perfect; very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. I only missed the swimming pool as the days were quite warm, not open yet, but I was aware of that when I booked the room so no claim for that.

This extended stay hotel is within five miles of attractions like Dollywood theme park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede dinner attraction, and Dollywood's Splash Country water park. Everything was as good as expected! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay. The staff was/is great, Only issue was the AC knowledge of one maintenance man. Room was great and the free breakfast was unexpected.. very nice & food was good.
