It’s just a wonderful place, and I would not want to stay anywhere else if Roam Inn were always an option.

Easy checking in.. Our room we booked had 3 double beds(family room).. It Was Like we were in a cabin.. The theme had bears outdoor cabin feeling.

Everything was as described on the site and met out expectations. Staff responses were friendly and prompt.
Front desk woman was very friendly and easy to chat with. The upstairs was so.ewhat loud (kids) but did quiet down at night.
The breakfast area is great. It overlooks the lake and is an excellent area to pickup food and eat with your family. Bonus pool and hot tub too when traveling with kids.
Staff was super friendly, shuttle to town, happy hour, and my kids loved the s’mores bar and other kid friendly things.
During a time of crisis, we're welcoming and supportive to myself and my family. Very friendly owners and very affordable pricing and nice accommodations.
Stay somewhere else. There was a hole in the wall from the outside of the room that looked like an animal had chewed its way into the room. There were drunks outside that the front desk didn't have a problem with. There was hair ALL OVER THE BED. The room stank it was so bad my kids who've been on the road for days were BEGGING TO NOT STAY THERE AT 1AM after an 11 hour drive and we were exhausted. We went got a refund and slept somewhere else. I WOULDNT ALLOW MY DOG TO SLEEP THERE. IT WAS UNSANITARY.
Our family of four traveled across four Canadian provinces for 13 days in July in 2022, staying in a different hotel each day, so the comparison is very objective. The hotel staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious in a warm environment. Hot chocolate and a coffee maker were located right outside our room, and the kids slept sweetly at night with the hot chocolate.
Everything was perfect, great breakfast, great staff, welcoming and understanding hotel for a family with a toddler and 7 year old! Very clean and very sweet housekeepers.
