The location was peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the breathtaking view of the lake from the room window. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff were outstanding. They were all incredibly kind and attentive. I appreciated the extra little things they did to make my stay easier. I also loved the decor and the views. Marvelous! Oh and PERFECT LOCATION. I walked everywhere.

Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Location was great, right beside the blue line that connects to the airport and walking distance to most attractions downtown. Room size was good, bathroom looks like it was freshly renovated.

The hotel was modern yet cheerful & colorful. The room was nicely organized and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains very effective (I slept until 10:30 & only b/c my son texted me!). Liked the later check-out (noon), otherwise I may not have been able to sleep-in.
