The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch included was delicious and more than enough. We also had dinner twice in the restaurant. Both times the food was fantastic. The spa and saunas were wonderful. So glad they opened the outdoor pool for us. It was quite the experience to swim outside as the snow is falling around you. And the outdoor jacuzzi at night, with the city lights all around you, in a snowstorm… that is a memory we will have with us for a long time!

The spa facilities were amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a room for kids to play so in my opinion it’s a perfect place for families.

During the colder months, guests can enjoy winter sports in the surrounding area. I were in the hotel for a few days and I was completely satisfied. It’s a beautiful building with great apartments and gorgeous view to the mountains. The hotel is right next to the ski slope. They are interconnected with a bridge that you can access from the fourth floor. They have rich and delicious breakfast. The stuff is very gentle. Apartments are modern, clean and very comfortable. In the corridor smells great. I’ve booked early the rooms so I’ve good a fantastic value for the price. I definitely will book it again next time.
