The location is very ideal. You are 10 mins (by walk) away from the local shopping town centre which has literally at everything! It's called city square mall, ask at the reception and they will help you reach there. We couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of eateries, malls, etc. Last but not least, a hugeee shoutout to Basil who was such a wonderful host and attended us with all lhis heart. There were two other guys at the reception, who were equally smashing but I didn't catch there names. Staff there is brilliant too! Will definitely be back ❤️

This was the second time I stayed at Ruz and it's definitely one of the nicest hotels we've stayed! From the super nice design, cleanliness and comfort (beds were amazing) to a very nice location, cool rooftop bar with really nice drinks and a nice restaurant. The staff was the cherry on top! Everyone at the hotel is super sweet and helpful. This time I returned to Istanbul to pick up my wedding dress and the manager Emrah remembered me from my last stay and gave us a super nice room upgrade along with some bubbles. We could not recommend the Ruz more! Thank you for having us, we'll def be back!!

The location is great, especially having the Metro right in front of the Hotel. The staff was superb, especially all the Muchachos. (inside joke with the guys/staff). They all try to please everyone, very very nice. They have a great view from the rooftop of the Hotel, some photos are attached. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Walking distance to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Musk, etc.
