The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Breathtakingly beautiful property with brilliant service and an unimaginable location. The team was extremely kind and profession. The breakfast was wonderful, both the Cosmo restaurant and rock Salt had perfect dishes, when I say perfect I mean top notch, unmatched. Highly encourage half board for if you’re going for a short 3-5 days stay.

Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach - SHA Extra Plus, Karon Beach is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach, the vibrant nightlife on Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. This resort boasts 5 swimming pools, 5 pool bars, fitness facilities and indulgent spa services. Guests enjoy free shuttle service to Karon Beach, located 700 metres away. The hotel was very clean and nice. Food was amazing. Staff was super helpful. We had a 4 month old baby and they provided a crib that was cleaned everyday. We forgot to get dishwashing soap to clean the bottles, when I asked the hotel if they had anything they did not just give the soap but also a bottle brush and a small tray to clean the bottles. They had a free shuttle to Karon beach everyday. Overall great stay.

Modern interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows feature throughout the stylish rooms at Buri Rasa Village Phangan. All well-appointed non-smoking rooms have a flat-screen cable TV and sofa seating area. We stayed in a room facing the sea and it was really really nice and spacious for a family stay. The staff was extremely helpful. When we get there our daughter had already started to get sick and they arranged the room and give us a chance to check out a bit early. Food is good value. Breakfast is decent.

The owners were so kind and helpful, woke up to wildlife in the mornings, great food!

The rooms and the whole resort were stylish, luxurious and very well maintained. The design of the resort made it seem very spacious and relaxing. The pool and the bars at the beach and the pool were sooo lovely to have for our pool days. Overall we were very impressed by the resort and would definitely go back! The staff were all also super helpful and courteous.
