Such a lovely place, owners are so friendly they have the cutest little waiter bringing you flowers while eating ;) The room is perfect with everything you need, the emplacement of the homestay is a bit "far" from the restaurants but not a problem at all, if you rent a scooter it’s okay. There is a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner which is great if you are lazy to go out :) We booked 4 nights and decided to extend 1 more as it was so hard to leave this island! Definitely recommend this place

The resort has a private beach area. staff, restaurant, cheap and good 90b large beer, most thai dishes 120 to 150, many 70 to 90 on rice . great beach, other sections of beach, side of hotel. need a few hours clean up. the beach as good as other areas on island , all very similar this close to the best. great seaview rooms, 36 sm metres. incl 8sq balcony (9 x 4). lot more than 20sm quoted. aircon very good.

I enjoyed my staying - beatiful garden, comfortable room and bath with sound of river. Breakfast is tasty, but they don't serve buffet, but it was enought for me, everyday they serve fruits. A/C, safe, fridge - is Ok. Room is clean. There are all necessary things there. One beatiful beach is located close to the hotel, just 5 min by feet, and another one - 25 min by feet, so you don't need to rent a bike everyday.

Very nice wooden family house and very kind family however a bit shy. The confortable a/c room , its cleaness and the room size. Amazing generous breakfast, plenty of fruits, free coffee and tea. Available motobikes at the guesthouse and a small grocery. And the best, very nearby the nicest 2 beaches of the island.
We loved the place, the beach was great for us and we loved that there were many amenities you could borrow for the beach (including kids toys-super useful). Breakfast was great and food at the restaurant was really good, although too expensive, basically european. They do tell you there is another restaurant also at the nearby beach, where we were going for all day snacks, but the food there was just ok.
The family unit was ok and had two good size sleeping areas. However, the stairs probably wouldn’t be great with small children. Also, there was a serious ant problem. I know ants are usually a given but there seemed to be a lot more than what we had experienced elsewhere.
Very nice family owned accommodation. Good breakfast and a perfect location for a relaxed family vacation.

If I'd need to describe this place with just one word I'd go for 'paradise'. The place is simple but beautiful and members of the family that runs it are very kind and friendly. They rent good quality scooters at good price, kayaks and paddle boards you can use for free. The food is tasty and fresh. If I'd ever travel again to Koh Kood I'd stay there again.
Stayed with my partner and 3 kids for 5 nights. Excellent resort - clean, comfortable rooms with outdoor shower, excellent swimming pool with floats for the children, and really delicious and varied food at the restaurant. Cute little cafe near the pool, and bar area, serving good drinks. Access to nearby beach. Resort arranged to rent bikes for us, with towels provided for day trips to other beaches. They also packed breakfast for us on our last day to catch the early ferry. Overall fantastic stay, highly recommended.
Rim Lay is in the best bay on Koh Kood. The sea-view bungalows are fantastic, food is great and more than affordable, the family that runs it is really nice. There's a market near by, and other bars and restaurants at the entrance of the bay, the beach is perfect. We loved the possibility of motorbike, kayak and SUP rental, and also the fact that you don't need any of it there. It's a place where time stops and you rest.
Thai rooms are lovely and great for families. private beach is really great. This resort is excellent for kids, plenty of snorkeling, rock pools to explore, gardens and grass area to play in and food is excellent!
