Offering panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, an outdoor pool and offering bicycles, Lagotto's Peak is set in natural surroundings in the Žumberak Nature Reserve, 48 km from Karlovac. Free WiFi is available. The owner was very helpful, accomodating and friendly, and made us feel at home at this peaceful location. The kids were happy exploring the surrounding area and swimming in the swimming pool, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The restaurant is spread in several smaller dining areas and decorated in a rustic, yet elegant style, with heavy use of local wood. Guests can taste traditional dishes of Dolenjska Region and other Slovenian delicacies. A breakfast including regional products is served daily. The room was quiet and comfy, the breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have ever had in a hotel.
