The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Mr Waleed was the host who welcomed us to the property, which is located on the side of the hill. Just 20 mins away from the main cliff view on Jebel Shams. The property is with good parking space and gated for safety. I loved the stay there.

Noor the manager (from Bangladesh) was super friendly and had exceptional customer service attitude. Also the other people working there were super nice!!! Waiter at the restaurant (from Bangladesh) was also super nice!

Breakfast and dinner was amazing ... european style and very tasty. Caffteria inside resort with good espresso and ice cream.

Awesome value for Money Simple cheap buffet breakfast Good size room Very modern Family were happy
We got an upgrade from the basic room to a superior room with nice views. Comfy big bed. Seperate baby bed. Breakfast and diner had a lot of variety. By the way we were able to drive there with a normal sedan car, no 4x4 needed as long as the roads are dry.

Apart from that one guy at the reception, the location, the view, the place and the mall below are a bonus. Great place to stay with family especially if ur into working out, it does have a huge gym to look upto.

We booked 2 Sunset chalets for our family of 4, amazing views of the sky for sunset, sunrise and night time. food was a simple fare, not too fancy, facilities are passable. highlight is that you can have your own little bonfire for your chalet in a pit,
