This place was so much better than I had expected!!! Amazing views. Easy access. Homely and cosy. Fireplace was beautiful. Really clean and well looked after. Had everything we needed, especially with our little toddler (family friendly). Staff were so nice and welcoming. Everything felt really easy and stress free. Loved every moment of our stay!
The staff at Alpine Garden Motel are lovely and this immediately sets the whole tone of your stay. The Motel has a little garden - and you can see the mountains when clouds oblige. Just a few minutes beautiful walk to the pools and town centre and easy parking. The extra single bed was a hit with the kids (one lucky occupant) and kitchen and laundry facilities make for a very child friendly stay.

Clean rooms, kids friendly, family friendly and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great as it was central to the city, but close to amenities. It was easy to locate and access, but we loved the car wash space.
It is a spacious house. 3 toilets and 2 bathroom which are more than enough for our family. 3 cosy bedrooms with comfort mattresses Excellent WIFI and heat pumps It's great for family with baby or toddler as high chair, safety gate and story books are available.
Family friendly. Very clean. Facilities were amazing. Short walk to the main centre and the thermal pools. Staff were great when hiring a high chair, it arrived shortly after making the call. Plenty of entertainment for adults and children.
Excellent location for water park, shops, restaurants. Fairy walk was good fun for grandchildren. Lots of toys provided for kids. They kept finding something new to play. Good lawn at back for football.
Super family friendly and kid friendly which was super important for us!
Excellent family-friendly accommodation! We booked the super standard cabin which was warm and comfortable. The facilities for this kind of cabin are shared but the bathroom/shower/toilet were clean with lots of hot water, and the kitchen was great too, with everything you need to make dinner. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Bonus: the jumping pillow and playground were so much fun for my kids! Highly recommended for families.
