There are also many small touches that were so helpful, like umbrellas. If we return to Utrecht, we'll absolutely stay again! As a bonus, Annemarie and family were incredibly kind.

They are very friendly, hospitable people. Available whenever you need them! At the same time, I had a lot of privacy in my spacious studio on the farm. It had its own kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle), living/dining room (tv, lounge set, big dining table), and two super comfortable beds. The shower was also amazing! And last but not least, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast was served every morning, or the night before when I needed to get up very early for work. Marieke asked me about preferences and allergies and made sure I felt spoiled every morning. Would definitely repeat!

The Ruyge Weyde Logies, Eco Farm is an organic farm located at a traditional organic Gouda cheese farm in Oudewater. It has free WiFi, a garden and a sun terrace. Parking is available for free. Amsterdam is 38 km away. Everything about Ruyde Weyde Logies was wonderful. The Family who owns and operates Ruyde Weyde are great people. Kind, thoughtful, and always happy, helpful, and cheerful. The room is very comfortable and set up for cooking and self catering with a full set of dishes, cookware and all that you need. Every detail was thought out with regard to the room design, as well as for your comfort during your stay. And the cheese shop on property is a delight. It was an easy decision to bring cheese home, and they will vacuum pack it so any cheese you buy will easily breeze through customs. We have stayed in over 250 B&B or self catering type properties over the years and this is absolutely one of the best and most comfortable we have experienced.

Every room has a flat-screen TV. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Each room includes a private bathroom. Extra´s include bath robes in our (private) suites. We love that it was a historic old building, and that the restaurant and breakfast was served in there. Breakfast and then dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The only tricky thing for us is that it was all in Swedish so we had our Google app out. We were very fortunate to have one of the units cabins that were built into the hill and overlook the lovely green paddock . It was lovely and private . The accommodation is very accessible to the train station and very handy to both Amsterdam and Utrecht.
