The hotel itself was great, very friendly atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. Rachel was exceptional, working all around the clock to make sure everyone was satisfied with their stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be back for our next concert 😄

Great hotel :) The room was very comfortable, cozy, clean and with beautiful decorations. The view form the 21st floor was really amazing, especially at night. The hotel staff was super friendly, tried to help us, we appreciated it a lot (greetings to Greg). The breakfast and the service was excellent. Close to train station, metro station and restaurants in the area. Would recommend :) P.s. The nice idea was that if you don't need everyday cleaning of your room, you can get a free glass of wine at the hotel's bar instead.

You have everything you need in the room. It’s designed and organized very tastefully. I highly recommend and I’ll be definitely stay here again.

Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam is a unique hotel in Amsterdam at the IJ river, at the former location where ships left for Jakarta. Hotel Jakarta offers 200 luxurious rooms with an Indonesian influenced style. Everything was beyond our expectations! Breakfast was really good, but unfortunately there was no gluten free bread for instance. The bathtub in the room didn't work proper to take a bath because water was flowing away still.

We decided to stay a couple of nights for our anniversary. Our stay was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent, high quality and comfy. So comfy we even wanted to buy the pillows to take home. Which aparently they sell! :D

Clean and quiet, with beautiful garden full with lovely animals. We had wonderful two days there, my son is still talking about this place. The hosts were friendly and made our stay really pleasant. I totally recommend it.
