Loved the various pools that are available, the location was excellent which allowed us quick access to 5th Avenue. The apartment had everything we needed.

The property is set in a jungle with beautiful lagoons and cenotes. They have an underground river in the caves, their free guided tour is highly recommended. Their tour guide Ganzolo was excellent, very informative and accommodating. He was ready to help in every way. I would recommend hiring a car before coming to the property, it is far from downtown so going to beaches or other restaurants is difficult and expensive. Staff was very friendly specially Louis and Miguel. They had a on the house pizza night with wine, it was very good. Yoga classes were also very good.

A week spent in Gallery Condos was a great experience for us. Clean room, comfortable bed, good wi-fi, perfect location and great service. We plan to come back next year :)

The hotel has a terrace and garden views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. everything was amazing in the property the staff the facilities, they let me check out late I mean like 4pm without any issues or disturbance they were very accommodating and welcoming the villa itself was absolutely beautiful, highly highly recommend it I stayed at many 5 star places out in Mexico but this villa was probably the best one

The whole area is beautifully arranged and maintained; it's wonderful to be surrounded by trees and woken up by birds. The pool is small but very nice. The staff are there if you need them, but otherwise you can fully enjoy your privacy. Jose was all smiles, such a friendly guy. The villa itself was super clean, spacious and convenient, and the daily cleaning service was very thorough. I was prepared for insects in the room, power/water problems etc but there were no such issues at all. People complaining in the reviews about dampness/smell or gravel garden paths should really get a grip. Oh, and don't miss the Chan Paal tortilleria just across the road. They have exquisite food and super cool staff.
