The rooms are just renovated, very spacious , big balcony where we could do our own yoga practice. You are surrounded by trees, birds, monkeys etc. The location could not be better as you are in nature but just 5 min from the village center by bike. The owner was super friendly and also all the stuff that works at the property. Not long ago he took over this amazing property and they are renovating step by step and it would be awesome to see this place in a few month. We got a lot of tips for trips around and they helped us with everything, booked our bus tickets, tuk tuk driver etc. They have bicycles at the property free of charge and it is very convenient as you can go to the village and a trip around a lake. Highly recommend this place, we just loved everything. Ohhh and also delicious breakfast, vegetarian and vegan option available.

The manager was so very accommodating and promptly made the necessary changes keeping me informed via text. He also assisted with a safari bookings a cookery demo bookings etc. Communicative, helpful , courteous and went above and beyond! The epitome of hospitality! Thank you to the manager and staff at Teprass for making their stay so memorable.

Kushana and Poornima will make you feel like family right away. Kushana was so kind to pick me up from the train station, and then they made me some lunch. The room was huge, with a private bathroom, and the views from the private terrace are BEAUTIFUL! They gave me the best tips about what to do around Kandy, and the next day Kushana drove me and a couple other guests to a tea plantation, an ayurvedic town and the botanical gardens. On my last day, Kushana gave me a private tour to Sigiriya and Dambulla. It’s quite a long drive, but we had so much fun talking non stop and joking! Breakfast is delicious, and i also had dinner a couple times there, also very good! As a solo female traveler, i highly appreciate how much they cared about me and my safety. Kushana, Poornima, thank you for being a home away from home! I hope to be back soon!
