Guests enjoy jungle and landscape view from the property. Dining facilities were comfortable, had a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The view from our Waterfall cottage was peaceful and its location was convenient to the dining area. Our trek into the jungle exceeded expectations: Not only did we see several orangutans and a huge variety of monkeys, but the lunch was refreshing and the guides were so friendly and informative. Another village tour was arranged at short notice and proved very interesting.

Tia is the soul of Rambai Tree and is such a caring and warmhearted person who will do everything possible to have a memorable stay. She was always available whenever i needed something and it was always great to have a chat with her. Tia also organized a jungle tour for me, which was an incredible experience. It was great that I did Not have to take care of anything. You can even tell her what you expect from your guide- if you would like to have a fun and entertaining guide who makes sure you won’t get bored or someone calm to just get Professional i nformation about the jungle and enjoy the peace of nature. A big thank you and I hope I can come back to this magical place someday 🌴

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I am actually so impress with Padang's people hospitality. They are so welcoming its makes me feel so bad😅😅. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful. The food ia good. Tea and coffee served in the cafe is sooo good I forgot to ask and buy some to take home.
