They were ready to shift us to a different room when I brought up an issue about the AC (which was not really much of an issue. We had to keep the doors shut for longer). They were proactive in making sure that we were going to the right places by providing recommendations. The room was pretty good too. We got hot water for a longer period as compared to the other places we stayed at.

Amazing experience putting baby turtle eggs into sand nest, seeing any turtle hatch and releasing baby turtles into the sea. Yoga in the jungle so tranquil. Cooking class four course delicious and fun experience!

We were greeted upon our arrival and taken to our suite. The employees of this resort were so attentive and hospitable. They brought us tea and chocolates every afternoon, and delivered a delicious breakfast to our villa every morning. They took us by moped to dinner each night in the town. This resort is close to the town, so we were able to walk there when we wanted. The spa was beautiful. I received 3, 90 minute, massages while I was there, and they were the best massages that I have ever received. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Lombok.

Excellent staff. Well-trained, always smiling and ready to help with either the day-to-day stuff or organizing motorbikes, airport pick-up and drop-off, you name it. Extremely clean. Great food and drinks. Honestly, I could go on for ages...

The owner and staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The snorkeling tour they provided was amazing, we had so much fun. The two cutest cats are also part of the Shaya family. The food in the restaurant is also really delicious. We were so sad to leave, but hopefully, we will come back.
