The staff are amazing- warm, genuine and friendly. For Guna, especially, no request was too large. All staff, regardless of their job, were absolutely wonderful. The food was exceptional! We tried the complementary tea and cakes and they were delicious. The (free) morning and afternoon yoga were located on a heavenly platform looking onto the jungle. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and super friendly. The pools were clean and even good for 30m lane swimming 😊 beautiful sunbeds, not busy at all, very peaceful. The spa experience was an hour of bliss. Bikes (free) were ok. They allowed us to cycle to the sparkling black sand beach. We didn’t want to leave!

The hotel offers airport pick up, bike rental and tours at very reasonable rates. We left early (5:00 am) to catch the tours to explore the island and the hotel went the extra mile to pack a breakfast box for us on all days.

View, good food, awesome pools, shuttles to cool beaches where they have their own beach club! Kids club was awesome, my daughter loved it! Staff was super helpful all the time! Very understanding and flexible with regards a late check out!

Free WiFi and 24-hour room service are available in all areas. The property was gorgeous. All the amenities were super clean and the space was incredible. The rooms were large and came with everything you could need. The property is about 1 block from one road with shops and restaurants. I went to the spa which was one of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to. I will have to stay the staff really made the experience because they are super attentive. The pools were absolutely gorgeous and the water temperature was amazing. The food at the hotels restaurant was delicious.
