We so wanted this to be the ideal hotel where family could stay before our daughter's wedding. There is so much like - bar and terrace overlook the lakes and bar staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout.
Stayed here in three occasions now. Always clean and well appointed. This time we had a family room with a mezzanine level which was great. Bathrooms are clean and functional. The central location was a bonus.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is modern and fresh. The kitchen was as described and there was lots of hot water. The bedroom is a really good size when staying there with a family. It's in a good location, walkable from the station for those of us arriving that way. Parking is convenient and just behind the flats.
Family and dog friendly pub. Was refreshing to see families playing card games and having a lovely time. Staff were lovely and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, could do with a bigger TV.
Breakfast excellent. Location very good for our visit to local family. Host couldn't be better-welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. Evening meal of sausage and mash excellent. Our room was not large but clean and comfortable. Parking was available which is always a must for us. Best of all it was a Quiz night which we were invited to join - great fun and a great evening.
We were there for a funeral of a family member. Staff were great in particular a lady called Toni who was first class. Would also like to mention the quality of the buffet food for the wake. Thank you.
Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment close to town centre. Communication from the Manager regarding our stay was excellent! Much better value than a hotel room and suited our small family well. Bathroom was large and with a young child in tow, the safety gate across the stairs was much appreciated! Would be more than happy to stay here again.
Stayed for a family wedding, and we had two adjoining rooms as family rooms were booked up. This worked well with the children so wasn't a problem. Rooms were spotless on check in and very comfortable. Staff in the hotel were lovely from the restaurant to the check in team. We also left our daughters dress behind which the hotel very kindly posted back to us without charge. Overall a lovely stay and would go back to try a spa weekend.
