Additionally there was a large claw bathtub too. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The B&B is ideally located within walking distance of the key sites, yet removed enough from the centre to provide a quiet spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The room was very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated. However, what makes Chestnuts exceptional is the delightful host, Toni, & thoughtful touches such as the homemade sweet treats left in the room each day. It was lovely to have a small piece of cake with a cup of tea. It was also nice that there was fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts were extraordinary & among the best I have ever had at a hotel or B&B. I was surprised by the choice on the menu, allowing for something different each morning (e.g. delicious full English, eggs Royal with smoked salmon, eggs Florentine). Toni was easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to queries in advance of arrival & a wonderful host. It was a fantastic experience & we very much look forward to a future opportunity to stay at Chestnuts B&B again.

Overlooking the historic centre of Bath, Grays Boutique is a family-run bed and breakfast set in a welcoming Victorian villa with a garden. Only a 10-minute walk from Bath Train Station, it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. The view from every room impeccable! staff where so helpful. Chef makes the best poached eggs which of course breakfast included. They stock you well. Garden in back, open kitchen for your use. Very romantic!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Hill House features accommodation with a tennis court and free WiFi. The property has city views and is 500 metres from The Circus Bath and 700 metres from Royal Crescent. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. What a beautifully decorated hotel! They did a lovely job updating and decorating. We were a family of 3 staying and the room was very comfortable with a king size bed and a twin pull out sofa that was all set up for us when we walked in. They had all amenities covered, lovely tea set with snacks, soap/shampoo in the bathroom. It was a lovely room to come back to after a day of exploring. Felt like the comforts of home. Location was good, with a quick walk into city center. Alex was friendly, very communicative, and was a great help with parking setting us up with a parking pass for nearby street parking.
