The building had so much character, from games rooms to open planned living room / dining room. It clearly has so much history associated with it and the owners have done a very good job in maintaining its quality. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfy and the shower was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening dinner was a culinary delight. The chef is extremely talented. I was looking forward to a lovely meal and boy did I get one.
