They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to.
