Our room had a lake view and a jacuzzi, and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful with whatever we needed, the manager personally stayed an hour after reception closing time to check us in. Food at the restaurant was very delicious. One awesome bonus was the private sauna right by the lake, in which you go to cool down after! There are several ski centers nearby, and we also recommend going up to Praded viewpoint if you want a wonderful walk. Overall amazing experience, thank you and looking forward to coming back another time!
