The accommodation provides free shuttle service, room service and organising tours for guests. Staff were incredibly helpful, the manager (Jia Hongling) added us on WeChat and was able to provide tips for local attractions way faster than we could find out ourselves. rooms were clean and well appointed, and great value for money given ski rental, lift passes, and onsen was included as well as standard breakfast.

The hotel features conference facilities, which includes pillar-free grand ballroom with capacity of 600 persons, and 5 multi-functional meeting rooms. Car hire is available at this hotel and the area is popular for skiing. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. We were offered the extra bed and kids buffet dinner with no extra cost.

Other recreational options include outdoor and indoor heated pool with underwater music and outdoor hot mineral pool. Ski-to-door access is provided. Great ski-in, ski-out location. Super convenient to rent ski, get ski passes and store skis and materials at the hotel’s own ski house. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Changchun People's Square is only a 10-minute walk from Hyatt Regency Changchun, while Changchun Children's Park is right opposite the hotel. It is a 20-minute drive from Changchun Railway Station. Changchun Longjia International Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Amazing room / facilities, staff was very very kind. I had a fever and the staff went to order medication and provided me with 5 liters of water. They sent the medication up to my room, and allowed me a late checkout. Very accommodating.

Free ski-to-door access is provided. During summertime, free shuttle to the western slope of Changbaishan is offered.

Humidification system, outdoor pool and spa are provided. There is also a children's club and a ball room with high-tech meeting facilities. An amazing hotel directly on the slopes. Ski hire, helmet and lift passes included in the hotel rate. Hotel rate also included breakfast and lunch, even though the meal plan was "no food". Recommend checking at the hotel to confirm meals. Hotel is modern and well equipped. Ski lift is within 100m from the ski locker room. Whilst weather was cold (-10C daytime), it was OK provided you dressed warm and had mask. Ski runs are great for beginners and intermediates, just not long. However, there we NO queues on the chair lift and gondolas, so straight back up the hill every time. Plenty of man-made snow on the slopes and a bonus when it also snowed overnight whilst we were there. Free bus to and from airport. Resort is only 20 minutes from the airport. We ate in the hotel, but there is also hotpot, Korean BBQ, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonalds etc + small supermarkets. Primarily a Chinese resort. Friendly and able to communicate with reception staff in english + assistance via Google Translate. If you travel with Chinese speaking friends or family, then certainly no issues. Regency Club lounge served free food and drinks from 17:30 to 19:30, so no need for an evening meal, if your room includes lounge access.

Situated in Changbaishan Wanda International Resort, Sheraton Changbaishan Resort is located along the 41st parallel north, a great place for holidays. During summer, complimentary resort pass and water park access are provided. Close to the ski facilities. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
