I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out. Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

It features an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a bar. Incredible staff - one of the assets of the hotel were the people who worked there. The service was outstanding. Beautiful architecture and design, the room was a haven.

The location is the best for what our family needs, wet market to get fresh fruits and dried goods/herbs. All within walking distance and convenient for shopping and local foods.
Very convenient location, just a few minutes from Guangzhou East Railway Station & Guangzhou Metro Station. Close to shopping mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. Very good option for family trip (with old people and young children).
The hotel is located near terminal 2 which is very convenient after a long flight with kids. Pick-up can be arranged from the information counter after leaving immigration and custom. The hotel restaurant is good and well priced. Staff was very helpful and they organised takeaway breakfast for my family as we needed to be in the airport before restaurant opened for breakfast.
I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size, there was enough desk space and I loved the automated curtains which opened as you went in (I know it is childish but….). Staff were friendly, spoke English and the ultimate bonus was that the metro station was directly underneath the hotel. The Children’s centre In the same complex was an intriguing concept but it was a pleasure to see so many children having fun so it shouldn’t put guests off.

The service and view are top notch ! Very kid friendly. Our kid got sick and they provided all the help and flexibility we needed to deal with it (late check out due to kid sleep and information regarding hospitals nearby)
The family theme room was great for traveling with a child. the room was a great size and bath tub was amazing! Breakfast had a large selection of items on offer.
Rooms are spacious! bathroom has a big bath tub with TV in the wall. swimming pool outdoor is perfect for little kids and adults lots of covered seating areas and seats in the water, drinks can be ordered by the pool too. club package is the best! afternoon tea each day, evening nibbles hot and cold. I travelled with my baby and staff were super helpful to me. Sam in club lounge was amazing help with the baby each time we went into club area. Maria added my WeChat and was always happy to answer questions, solve problems and ask how we are.
Staff are so friendly and kind. My daughter has foods allergies. The chefs at the restaurant we had breakfast and dinner made special desserts for us. That made my daughter and us happy and precious. The weather wasn’t nice at all when we stayed there but we enjoyed wonderful pools and beach. There is indoor pool as well. Kids had fun there. We would like to come back again.
