The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The breakfast was very good. What I missed where some fresh vegetables. The view was nice as well, although we were accommodated on the other side of Matterhorn, the view was towards the city.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. We love the location and view of the Matterhorn. We like that there is a free shuttle to and from the rail station, and everything it's easy to get to. We also like the pizza restaurant that's just a block away. Staff friendly and breakfast is great.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Got a free upgrade to a room with the Matterhorn view. Loved the size and cleanliness of the room which had a very comfortable bed, bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was fantastic with a large variety of quality food. The pool facilities were also great for relaxation. The hotel was near a grocery store, some bus stops and the train station.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. We were really happy with hotel and would visit again. Lovely cosy modern colour scheme. Great info available on the TV. Matterhorn view great and good proximity to village and all its amenities. We found the breakfast to be excellent with a wide range of hot and cold options. Happy to recommend this hotel. Very good value for location and facilities.

The fine traditional cuisine and a choice of game dishes offers you something special every day. The hotel also offers select wines, a kid's menu and also an afternoon buffet between 15:00 and 17:00. The breakfast was the best we had during our three week stay. Besides the breakfast buffet you could also order homemade waffles, eggs, omelet, bacon and sausage.
