The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.

The hotel has amazing view of the snow cap mountains, centrally located, amazing vibe, great food, rooms are very spacious. great for family vacation.
Good location, comfortable beds, staff very nice, they provided a crib for out baby. Coffe in the room. There is a small kitchen in the first floor with a microwave and a kettle.
Clean and big house enough for family of four adults and 2kids ,view of mountains is awesome .All required cutlery and crockery was present. owners was present for any assistance required. Very near to all tourist spots and Brienz lake
Everything is perfect Helpful host, beautiful place, perfect for hiking. nice apartment, clean and cozy... equipped kitchen... Good experience in swiss country side with farmer host, kids loved to see cows, goats, cat, and dog... Perfect for walk, if someone want to walk a bit uphill then do not drive by car, take a bus and walk a bit...to reach the apartment... Not recommended with baby stroller...or wheelchair...
This Lodge is like a hostel with a share kitchen. I don't recommend it for a family with children, more suitable for budget option seeking pairs and groups.
Overall stay was comfortable, love the food they offer during breakfast and dinner! Best decision tihave the Dinner in this place 😁 My relatives from Canada enjoyed the location, it was scenic and on the lake side. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family-friendly, has small playground for kids and babies. So much recreation stuff and reading corner. Loved it! Great service!
For a family with three kids, this was a great jumping off point for seeing the Eiger and Jungfraujoch areas. The apartment was incredibly close to the main grocery store AND train station. A win-win for making easy meals for the family. There's no nightlife in this sleepy town so maybe not great for young couples, but fantastic for families.
We came with big family trip (6 adults, 2 children). Price was OK considering other options in the area. Free parking (albeit slight confusing on how/ where to park). WIFI is OK. It is in an old building house with no lift. Kitchen is slightly out dated but all was functioning (with rice cooker). Location was perfect (middle Interlaken). Close to supermarket and bakery (across the street). We did not meet the host and got the key via the key box. The host was relatively OK to reach via mobile/ text message.
Efficiently managed by a family and they are good with communication. Apartment had 2 rooms + 2 baths + kitchen + drawing room, which suited our family of 4. Excellent location next to the canal (kids had fun feeding ducks, swans) and overlooking the snow-covered mountains. Meals were not provided as a standard offering, until specially ordered by us. The portions were hearty and filling. 12-15 mins nice walk to Interlaken West station through the town. We felt good about our stay.
A compact apartment with all functions you need for a holiday stay, tidy and comfort. Reasonable size for a family with a small kid. Free parking with a walking distance to the city center. Nice mountain view from the window. Very good value for money.
