the hotel is very clean. It has a glamorous view of the lake. Furniture is clean. Cookware is also available. The staff is also great at dealing. They smile at you and cooperate with you. If I were to repeat the visit, I wouldn't go other than this place.

The resort is a beautiful setting and is very peaceful. The facilities are great for families including the pool and playgrounds. The chalet was generally well equipped, very comfortable and felt like a real home away from home. We went with our toddler and she was left a really good quality and roomy baby bed so we were not disturbed in the night.
Near to the Obertraun station and can take a ferry to reach Hallstatt.... Helps us to roam around in both Hallstatt and Obertraun ... Baby friendly as they provided a nice crib....
The host, Claudia is very nice and accommodating. We are a family of 4 (a 2 yrs and 9 yrs old) and stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment is clean and it has all the supplies. The kids are having fun in the garden with cats and other animals farm, which keep them occuppied. If you are looking for a quite place with beautiful mountain view, this one is for you. They also have a private lake, about 5 mins drive. In sunny warm weather, this would be awesome to dip in and have a chill relaxing day.
Spacious, luxurious, well equipped apartment. Great views, garage, very large veranda. Quiet location, away of the hassle and bassle of the city. Not efficient sound insulation between the floors of the house . We had some hard time, with no serenity and peace of mind due to the family with small children upstairs, running around and shouting all evening along. It was like drums playing overhead
We were a family of four: 2 adults and 2 kids( 4 year old-10 months old). We asked to stay one room with a crib but they didnot accept. Although we asked for a crib via booking, and they promised to bring it, they didnot give us a crib. It was a quite bad experience for us, we accepted to stay because we were so tired. The employee understood our desperation, sold us 2 rooms and did not help us. Besides there was a spider in 1 room!!
The apartment is very clean, tidy, spacious, warm and also very family friendly. There are playground activities in front of the house, as well as a swimming pool which is in use during the summer. Nice picturesque and family area, and an amazing view from the apartment. Plus the landlord has a farm near the house, so great time for children to occupy themselves with the animals.
The place was like a dream. Beautiful views, great service and friendly staff. You can even rent a bike from reception which I found was great. The breakfast was very rich and freshly made. There is a little play area for children infront of the breakfast area which was great for our 5 year old. Very family friendly too. Its a short distance from the centre of Hallstatt. Oh and also there is a superquick washing machine and a dryer next to the pool!! Big bonus for families with kids.
The family Hackl has always been very nice and friendly. The apartment is clean, cozy and situated right next to the family farm with a great view to surrounding mountain ridges and cows grazing in the meadows. Fantastic for families with small children.
