For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years of age may reserve the service at an additional cost. Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!

The apartment was very beautiful, modern, very clean and had everything we needed. It has a nice spa and gym as well. Walking distance to the skiing resort and the shops were to find all needed skiing equipments. Many thanks to the owner Mr.Mario for his kind welcome and the best dinner spot recommendations. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.
