I liked that it is away from the busyness of any main road. There are many redundancies in place for the unfortunate power cuts Zambia is struggling with and there is also aircon and a pool for those hot summer days.

Very quiet location which is situated perfectly for work responsibilities.
Aside from this, load shedding is clearly a nationwide problem throughout Zambia right now & this property was chosen after first communicating with the host/landlord to confirm that back-up power & wi-fi was available at all times throughout my stay.

The place is very clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped, and secure. The host was exceptionally hospitable and kind. Even though we arrived a bit late, the host, who does not stay on the property, waited for us, handed us the keys, and showed us all the facilities. Although the place has safe drinking water, our host kindly offered to buy us bottled water at his own expense, along with some complimentary food items. He was also very responsive to all our needs.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Great location very close to the mall, reception was good with a fast check in. Family room was spacious and self contained.

The hotel is fantastic! It's perfectly comfortable and affordable, offering all sorts of amenities for guests, albeit some of them require paying a premium. The breakfast was better than other reviews would lead you to believe. The staff were very helpful whenever I had issues. Overall, a great place giving you a pleasant, corporate hotel for the price of a lodge.
Very fresh and tasty food from available options. The staff were extremely pleasant and our game drive was amazing. The kids' play ground was also great offering great fun in the natural and serene environment.. Lilayi Lodge has the best beds in Zambia, its super clean and simply amazing! 👌
The property was clean and exceeded our expectation. It was child friendly and the rooms where massive. The staff made sure to add an extra bed for our little one which was really helpful for us
Good location, close to amenities including Foxdale court which is about a 10 minute walk from the property. Great value for money. Suitable either for families or small groups together as the accomodation provided all the necessities. Access to common area pool + clubhouse.
Host was responsive and quite hospitable, quick to follow up on anything that comes up. My family was very comfortable and happy.

Fantastic stay. Just outside Lusaka, a place where you can completely disconnect, relax, revitalise and enjoy great flora and fauna ! Walking trails are a must do, the restaurant serves very fine food, and it is definitely a kid friendly place.
